  • This winter, Eataly NY and Chicago will be featuring a Tuscan theme throughout their stores in honor of the annual Carnival. The opening press conference in New York, held at the School of Eataly Flatiron, saw the participation from The Region of Tuscany that included Maria Lina Marcucci, President of the Foundation of the Carnival of Viareggio, and Alberto Peruzzini, Director General of Tuscan Tourism Promotion.
