Tutto Toscana. A Celebration of the Tuscan Table. Pasta Lunch
If Italy is known for regionality and its kaleidoscope of flavors from North to South, each region also boasts flavor variations from town to town. Florence, Siena, Grosseto, and Lucca represent major provinces (counties) in Tuscany and each prides itself on unique pasta dishes to be find nowhere else.
The 2010 edition of "TuttoToscana" is a celebration of the Tuscan table where you will discover what Tuscans eat today and the evolution of the region's food culture. This year several events will be offered to capture a wider gastronomic panorama. Unique menus and paired wines will be presented by Apicius chefs, sommeliers, and selectwine producers from Tuscany.
