As a result of the strong public interest, the duration of the exhibition has been extended to August 31st.A Frame work program of events on slow living. An exhibition celebrating the Italian architect and designer Massimo Vignelli. On display is a selection of works designed by Massimo and Lella Vignelliover the course of an outstanding career of almost fifty years. The displayed works are provided by the Vignelli Collection and the Vignelli Archives at the Rochester Institute of Technology, NY.On the opening night, the Director of Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum Bill Moggridge will be presenting Mr. Vignelli and his eminent body of work. Mr. Vignelli and his Vignelli Associate Design Studio are world-renowned for their revolutionary designs including the 1972 New York City subway map, the American Airlines logo, the iconic packaging of Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales, in addition to many more.
