Lorenzo Simonelli, President & CEO of GE Transportation, one of the top 40 under, 40 most influential people (Fortune500) will talk about “Leadership” 

Speaker Bio: Business economic graduate of Cardiff University,
Simonelli started his career with Mitsubishi Bank in International & Corporate  Finance and joined GE in July 1994. In 1997, he joined the Corporate Audit Staff  and had assignments in Asia, Europe and the U.S. around both financial and  process improvement areas. He progressed to be executive audit manager for  European Industrial Businesses in 2001. In 2002, Simonelli joined Consumer  Products as the financial planning and analysis manager. In April 2004, he became CFO  Americas for Consumer & Industrial before being appointed to general manager, Product Management for Appliances, Lighting, Electrical Distribution and Motors in 2005. 
Simonelli was appointed to his current position of President and CEO of GE's Transportation business in 2008. The business unit is a global technology leader and supplier to the railroad, marine, drilling, mining and wind industries generating revenues in excess of $4.5 billion. , GE
Transportation employs approximately 10,000 employees worldwide.
