Many wonderful artists from both Italy and USA will participate in this event as performers and representatives of Italian jazz summer events. This event is co-produced by two institutions: the Italian Cultural Institute and Jazz at Lincoln Center. There will be 9 concerts in 2 different locations: Italian Cultural Institute and Dizzy's Coca Cola.

Pianist/composer/educator, he has studied and performed with some of the world's most respected jazz musicians. His increasingly personal sound, forged by a penchant for both memorable melodies and probing improvisation, has been documented on a number of recent recordings, including Checking In, Carpe Momentum and Berlin Bright on Italy's legendary Soul Note label and Nothing, Knowing, The Way In and his most recent recording, Ivy Trio, on 482 Music. A former student of Yusef Lateef, Paul Bley and George Russell, he has given workshops around the world, and currently teaches at New York University in Florence. In addition to leading a variety of groups, Greg has recorded and performed with jazz luminaries such as Steve Swallow, John Tchicai, Bob Moses, Frank Lacy, Kenny Wheeler, Roberto Gatto, George Garzone among others.
