Session I: “The Petrosino Legacy in New York City” will document the role that Italian Americans have played in America’s law enforcement activities. Discussion led by
Joseph Sciame, Cav. Uff. Vice President for Community Relations, St. John’s University and Dr. Anne Romano.
Session II: “Italian Americans in Law Enforcement: Focus Nassau County.” Panel members include: Prof. Salvatore J. La Gumina; Prof. Joanne Lecci; Prof. A. Ottomano; Prof. J. Caracci; Prof. Janine Ferraro; and Carmine Soldano, President Nassau County Columbian Association, and will explore the contributions of Italian Americans to the Criminal Justice system.
