Tuscany has a rich culinary tradition of egg based frittata, quiches, cured meats and rustic desserts that make for a delicious meal served during the American brunch hour, but from a purely Tuscan point of view.
The 2010 edition of "TuttoToscana" is a celebration of the Tuscan table where you will discover what Tuscans eat today and the evolution of the region's food culture. This year several events will be offered to capture a wider gastronomic panorama. Unique menus and paired wines will be presented by Apicius chefs, sommeliers, and selectwine producers from Tuscany.
