 “Feathers" has been developed as part of the program TuttoToscana!, a six-week education program that takes place first in Florence and concludes with special events in New York City at prestigious cultural and culinary venues. To mission of the program is to bring to NYC the Italian sense of culture, style, fashion & food.

“Feathers” will consist of the following:

Vinitaly Tour is coming to NYC for a unique opportunity to taste over 200 wines from a variety of the best Italian producers. The event will take place at EATALY, the Italian culinary complex in NYC, created by restaurateurs Joseph Bastianich, Lidia Bastianich and Mario Batali. The American Cancer Society has been selected as the charity of choice for this spectacular night.

A little introduction to Frederic Chopin's life as a student will be made by Honorable Ewa Junczyk-Ziomecka Consul General of the Republic of Poland.

This year we are celebrating Chopin's 200th birthday, for this occasion we invite you to a piano recital by Julian Gargiulo.

Tickets are only 15$ and there is no admission for students, be sure to bring your id card with you.

The great Italian poet Gabriele d'Annunzio was a central figure in the Italian public and political life of the early 20th century. His controversial relationship with Fascism is still at the center of many debates. Between 1921 and 1938, the year of his death, d'Annunzio lived in and developed the "Vittoriale degli italiani", a hillside estate in the town of Gardone Riviera overlooking the Garda lake in Lombardy, Italy. At great expense, d'Annunzio furnished the estate as only a man of his intellectual stardom and audacity would dare, while the Fascist government picked up the bill.
