  • Interview with Umberto Vattani, President of the Italian Trade Commission. According to him, Italian food not only tastes good, but is good. The simplicity of Italian food- -take the best ingredients and do very little to them—is what makes it so appealing and a much more natural way to eat. He has a plan to sent Italian chefs into schools and universities in the United States to teach about Italian food and products.

  • Milan Furniture Fair, honor its 50th in New York from November 29 through January 8. Along with the presentation by twenty Italian design companies, there will be some cultural spaces of certain artistic and media value.
