In collaboration with the Guido Carli  School of Government of LUISS in Rome. Intended as part of the official celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy. The focus will be on the role played by Enlightenment and Risorgimento political thought on the development of constitutional doctrines and the models of State in Italy and America.

The Italian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with Rizzoli USA, presents the best-selling crime novelist Gianrico Carofiglio and "Temporary Perfections", his fourth novel in the popular Guido Guerrieri series. Guerrieri, a lawyer practicing in Bari (Puglia) becomes enthralled with a closed missing persons case regarding a young woman, Manuela Ferraro, who vanished while on a beach vacation six months prior.

Italian Jazz Days showcases the tremendous artistic talent and heritage emerging from Italy's jazz tradition, presenting a wide variety of talented of Italian jazz musicians at different venues throughout the New York City metropolitan area.

 Performances will be held at different venues such as Dizzy's Coca Cola and the Setai Hotel. Together with the Antonio Ciacca Quartet, other prominent Italian musicians will take part in the festival.
