  • The front cover of Depsero's "Bolted Book"
Designers & Books collaborates with Italian and American museums and global crowdfunding site Kickstarter to create a facsimile edition of Fortunato Depero’s 1927 monograph "Depero Futurista."
  • After mounting exhibitions of the work of Fortunato Depero and Medardo Rosso, the Center for Italian Modern Art is dedicating its third annual installation to Giorgio Morandi (1890-1964), the illustrious painter and etcher from Bologna. Morandi’s simple yet technically adroit stilllifes and landscapes made him a central figure in 20th century art.
  • A conversation about the life of Medardo Rosso (Turin, 1858 - Milan, 1928), and his relationship to New York. i-Italy talks to Laura Mattioli, Founder and President of the Center for Italian Modern Art, and Danila Marsule Rosso, President of the Museo Medardo Rosso and the sculptor’s greatgranddaughter.
  • Designed by Flavio Manzoni – the mind behind today’s Ferrari design – an amazing lamp from Leucos is the star of an evening at CIMA (Center for Italian Modern Art in New York). The aim is to raise funds to rebuild a school severely damaged by a flood in his native land, the marvelous Italian island of Sardinia. In this interview Flavio Manzoni tells us about this project, carried out in conjunction with Leucos.
