1941. While Nazifascism triumphs and conquers Europe, a group of youths dream up a Utopia: a free Europe, united as a federal state. Altiero Spinelli, Ernesto Rossi, Eugenio Colorni, Ursula Hirshmann and Ada Rossi, during these dark days, secretly write a booklet that will become the milestone for the building of a united Europe: the Ventotene Manifesto.
